Budo Seishin literally means “Martial Spirit” the definition of which is
Martial arts purely for personal development and not combative means
This simple statement describes everything we at Budo Seishin think about Karate
Personal development
the more we put in the more we get out of it
Not combative means
our view of karate is of self defence and our skills should only be used as a last resort.
At Budo Seishin we teach the traditional Japanese style of Wado Ryu which when translated into English means
Way of peace
So when you combine the name Budo Seishin with Wado Ryu you begin to get a feel for what Budo Seishin is all about.
